Summer Rain

Stuffed and sweated days were passing by
Kept me wondering what’s up in the sky
I learnt it’s the stars moons suns space and the rocket
But what about the birds the clouds the unknown and the god, I forget

That summer day was hot, animal’s plant’s even the dry soil got baked
Beside the pool laid beer cans sunscreen lotion and the girls half naked
Then Spoiler of the pool party came, except the girls every thing remained
Thundering, howling, noisily we got covered, what’s wrong with the weather

Drops were falling big and small, oozing scent I remembered from the previous rain
Kept me wondering what’s up with this
I learnt it’s the heat that makes vapor which in turn rains leaving earth wet
But what about the Birds the little cubs and thousand of life which will survive and thrive, I forget
